Gerard Buan has a range of experience in the field of human resources. Gerard is currently a Member of LT '22 Cohort at Leadership Tomorrow, starting in September 2021. Gerard Buan, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in human resources and psychology. Gerard completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Chapman University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
In addition to their formal education, Gerard has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their expertise. Gerard is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, having completed the certification program with Gallup in April 2021.
