Bryant Soong

Bryant Soong, RN, MSN, PHN, ACM-RN, currently serves as an RN Case Manager at Washington Hospital Healthcare System, focusing on patient transitions and complex discharge plans since March 2023. Prior to this role, Bryant was the Department Manager at Stanford Children's Health, where managerial support was provided to over 30 pediatric RN case managers, facilitating patient navigation through intricate healthcare systems from March 2015 to August 2022. Bryant's earlier experience includes roles as a Pediatric RN Case Manager at Stanford Children's Health, a Med-Surg Staff RN II at St. Rose Hospital, and a Clinical Staff Nurse I at Crestwood Behavioral Health, alongside a community liaison position at Stanford University's Office of Newborn Screening.
