Gulnaaz Hanif RN, MS, CNS, CIC serves as the Manager of the Infection Prevention Program at Washington Hospital Healthcare System since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating infection prevention strategies for a 415-bed acute care hospital and its ambulatory care clinics. Previously, Gulnaaz worked as an Infection Prevention and Control Specialist at Palo Alto Medical Foundation, managing infection control across over 715 ambulatory clinics, and held roles as a Registered Nurse in various capacities within both the City and County of San Francisco and Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Gulnaaz's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Advanced Public Health Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a BSN from San Jose State University. Additionally, Gulnaaz has participated in medical missions and volunteer work, providing nursing care and collaborating with health teams.
