Kimberly Hartz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kimberly started their career at Northland Area Health Board as a Consultant from 1992 to 1994. Kimberly then joined Washington Hospital Healthcare System in 1995 and held various senior positions, including Director & Sr. Director of Corporate Planning, Chief of Strategic Management, Associate Administrator, and Sr. Associate Administrator. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Washington Hospital Healthcare System, overseeing its growth and ensuring a patient-first ethic.
Kimberly Hartz has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University, completed in 1990. Kimberly also holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Oxford, completed in 1992.
