Before this role, they started their own business, Laura Anning Enterprises, LLC, in February 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Banner Health from 2013 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Associate Director, Physician and Nursing Experience & Development, Market Director-Banner Arizona East Regional Market, and Service Excellence Program Director. Beginning their career at Healthways in 2007, they served as the Sr. Account Executive, National & Specialty Accounts - Sales & Marketing and also as the Director of Training, Sales & Account Management.

Laura E Anning has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University. Laura also has additional certifications in Group Facilitation & Strategic Planning from the Institute of Cultural Affairs USA, Healthcare Coaching from The Pyramid Resource Group, Inc., Leadership Development from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and is a Master Graduate from Rapport Leadership International.
