Elizabeth Cutler

Elizabeth Cutler is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Grants Manager at the Center for Inspired Teaching since August 2024, while also working as a Freelance Copywriter/Editor for Melissa RJ Marketing and as a Playwright & Producer for Capital Fringe. As a playwright, Elizabeth developed the original dramedy Next/Level for the 2024 Capital Fringe Festival, taking on extensive producing responsibilities. Elizabeth has been teaching introductory longform improv classes at Washington Improv Theater since February 2021 and briefly served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Program Manager at CNA Corporation, where Elizabeth enhanced the visibility of research in national security, and as a Senior Communications Specialist at the U.S. Department of State. Educational credentials include a Master's in Government with a focus on Democracy & Governance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Politics, with minors in Spanish Literary and Cultural Studies from Occidental College.
