Justin Leach is an accomplished educator and leader with a robust background in special education and educational management. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Washington Leadership Academy Public Charter School since July 2021, Justin also contributes as a Board Member for both Limitless Endeavors and P.E.N DMV. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Napier and Leach Consulting Services, LLC since October 2020, Justin applies a strong operational acumen. Previous experience includes roles as an Upper Resource Special Education paraprofessional at Friendship Public Charter School and a Founding Kindergarten Teacher at KIPP Miami. Justin's early career involved a unique intersection with public service as a Firefighter with the City of Lumberton Fire Department. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration/Management from Nova Southeastern University.
