Eddie Mazariegos

Eddie Mazariegos is an accomplished entrepreneur and founder with extensive experience in workforce development and startup incubation. Currently, Mazariegos leads Future Gen, a platform specializing in Gen Z workforce engagement and training through innovative video assessments. As the Third Wave Cohort Founder at Washington Maritime Blue and the Inception Program Cohort Founder at NVIDIA, Mazariegos focuses on supporting startups in scaling their operations while providing access to valuable resources and networks. Previous roles include fellowship positions with eLab and Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, as well as founding initiatives with Latino Founders and Startup253. Mazariegos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of California, Davis.
