Andrada Cunning

Andrada Cunning has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Andrada is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), a position they started in April 2022. Previously, they worked as the Director of Human Capital Solutions at the same company since January 2021.

Prior to joining WMATA, Andrada Cunning held various positions at the City of Atlanta. From March 2019 to December 2020, they served as the Chief of Staff for the Department of Watershed Management, where they supervised the Human Resources Department and provided advice on strategic planning. From August 2016 to March 2019, they worked as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the same department, providing HR leadership and counsel in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity initiatives.
