Armando Leon

Armando Leon, CPP, PSP, CIPM II, is a Senior Associate in Operational Security and Policy at Thornton Tomasetti since October 2022, focusing on technical and physical security and policy development. As the Founder and Principal Partner of Armite International Security Solutions since July 2020, Armando offers comprehensive security consultancy services. With a background in military and law enforcement, including current service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard since January 2012, Armando has held significant roles at various organizations, such as Manager of Badging and Access Control at WMATA and Director of Security and Protective Services at the Museum of the Bible. Armando began their career in law enforcement with the Miami-Dade Police Department and has over two decades of security management experience, complemented by ongoing studies in Security Management at American Military University.
