Jeffrey Marcon

Jeffrey Marcon has extensive experience in technology and telecommunications, currently serving as a consultant for WMATA since April 2007, specializing in MPLS, VOIP, and disaster recovery services. As the Principal of JWMARC LLC since 2006, Jeffrey provides strategic consulting and negotiations in technology and carrier services. Previous roles include Director of Network Infrastructure at Allied Telecommunications Group and business development positions at BroadSoft, Verizon, and Carrier Access Corporation, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Telecom Operations Management from The George Washington University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Pre-law from the University of Maryland, along with a degree in Electronics and Computer from TESST College of Technology-Beltsville. Jeffrey is also a long-standing member of the Porsche Club of America.
