Matthew Matis

Matthew Matis, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in project controls and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Controls at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Matthew oversees a significant $6 billion capital project portfolio, focusing on departmental mission development, talent cultivation, and performance monitoring. Previous roles include Program Manager at Dynamic Pro Inc, where Matthew managed project controls for the WMATA capital program, and Senior Primavera Project Scheduler/Project Manager at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where Matthew developed project schedules for the Census Bureau's Decennial Program.
