William Martin

William Martin possesses extensive experience in risk management and quality control, currently serving as the Risk Management Quality Control Manager at WMATA since April 2008. Prior to this role, William was the Owner of Fastteks, an IT solutions provider from January 2007 to January 2012, and worked as an Operational Auditor at Maryland Auto Insurance from 2001 to 2006, where responsibilities included conducting operational audits. Additionally, William held the position of Account Claims Executive while self-employed from 1992 to April 2000, focusing on Third Party Claims Management, and previously worked at PMA Insurance Group in a similar role from 1986 to 1991, overseeing account claims reviews and adjustments.
