Jim Knight

Jim Knight has extensive experience in the abrasive products industry, currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Bonded & Coated and Industrial Markets at Washington Mills since December 1988. In this role, Jim Knight oversees the sourcing of abrasive grains and fillers while also managing global sales and marketing efforts for bonded and coated abrasives. Previous positions include Market Manager for Industrial Flooring Products at Emerundum/Duramet, where responsibilities entailed sales and product coordination, as well as Senior Sales Engineer for the East Coast USA territory, focusing on sales across various industrial sectors. Additionally, Jim Knight held leadership roles within the Unified Abrasives Manufacturing Association, including President and Board Member. Jim Knight earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Union College and completed earlier education at Deerfield Academy and St. Johns High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
