Brittney Ramsey has a diverse work experience history. Brittney started their career in 2012 as an Event Services Coordinator at Keppler Speakers, where they assisted in planning large-scale events. In 2014, they joined SAP Concur as a Support Analyst, where they identified and resolved application and network issues for clients. Brittney then progressed to the role of Customer Engagement Executive, managing 11 Federal Government accounts and developing strategies for customer success. In 2020, they became a Select Care Manager at SAP Concur. Additionally, Brittney has worked as an In-Game Host for both the Washington Nationals and the Philadelphia Eagles, where they performed impromptu banter and promoted sponsorship initiatives.

Brittney Ramsey holds a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Sanford-Brown College-Vienna. Brittney has also obtained several certifications, including "Building Customer Loyalty," "Connecting with Executives," "Developing Business Acumen," "Getting Things Done," and "Negotiation Foundations (2012)" from LinkedIn, all of which were obtained in October 2020.
