Justin Sherman

Justin Sherman started their career in 2016 as a Campaign Researcher for Glickman for New York, where they conducted research and gathered information on political issues and the Rochester populace. In 2016, they also worked as an Administration and Hill Lobbying Liaison for Adas Israel Congregation, monitoring news updates, and lobbying key stakeholders on immigration topics.

In 2018, Justin joined Redbrick Partners as a Real Estate Development Analyst, where they compiled a database of properties in downtown Washington, DC, and created data visualizations for stakeholder investment opportunities.

In 2019, they served as a Research Specialist Intern at Gartner, working on an IT analytics team and conducting surveys on employee engagement. Justin developed automated processes for survey submissions and data validation.

From 2020 to 2022, Justin worked at GEICO as a Marketing Analyst, starting as a Junior Marketing Digital Analyst and progressing to Marketing Analyst I and II. In these roles, they analyzed marketing data and contributed to marketing strategies.

Since 2022, Justin has been working at the Washington Nationals as the Manager of Business Analytics.

Justin Sherman graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis in Strategy. In 2019, they also attended University College Dublin for a short period and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After completing their undergraduate studies, Justin enrolled in The George Washington University in 2020 to pursue a part-time Masters in Business Analytics, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained several certifications. Justin completed courses named "R Programming A-Z: R for Data Science with Real Exercises!" and "R Programming: Advanced Analytics in R for Data Science" from Udemy in July 2020. Justin also completed a course called "The Complete Python Course" offered by Code with Mosh in June 2020 and achieved certification in "Complete SQL Mastery" from Code with Mosh in May 2020.
