Mike Debartolo

Mike DeBartolo has extensive work experience in baseball operations and consulting. Mike has been with the Washington Nationals since 2013, holding various roles such as Vice President & Assistant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Baseball Operations, Manager of Baseball Research & Development, Baseball Operations Analyst, and Baseball Operations Intern. Mike also had a previous internship with the Nationals in 2012.

Before joining the Nationals, DeBartolo worked as an Equity Research Intern at Northern Pines Capital LLC, where they evaluated investment opportunities across different sectors and conducted financial analysis. Prior to that, they were an Associate Consultant at Cambridge Associates, where they analyzed asset allocation, crafted recommendations, and oversaw the implementation of changes for client accounts. Mike also served as a Senior Consulting Associate and Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates, where they managed a team and worked on strategic projects.
