Jet Bartholomew is a MHSA, LNHA and Navy Veteran with extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting from 1986, Jet worked in the US Navy as a Satellite Telecommunications/Oceanography specialist until 1995. In 2008, Jet joined KBR, Inc. as an Operations Specialist in Iraq.

In 2010, Jet co-founded R & J Healthcare Staffing and held the position until 2013. From 2014 to 2016, Jet worked as an Operations Manager at NetVersant.

Jet then transitioned into the healthcare industry and joined Fundamental in 2016. In this company, Jet held two roles, serving as a Regional Sr. Director of Business Development from 2016 to 2017, and as an Administrator in Training from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Jet worked as the Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at Integrity Medical Services LLC, a medical ancillary services company specializing in Blood Serum Allergy Testing and Home Immunotherapy.

From 2020 to 2021, Jet served as a Nursing Home Administrator at Focused Post Acute Care Partners. This was followed by a role as a Nursing Home Administrator at Regency Pacific Management LLC from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Jet works at Washington Odd Fellows Home as the Executive Vice President of Operations/Administrator.

Jet Bartholomew, MHSA, LNHA, Navy Veteran has a diverse education history. Jet obtained a Master's Degree in Health Service Administration from Strayer University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from Strayer University in 2007. In 2016, they pursued a field of study in Long Term Care Administration/Management at Tarrant County College. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained an Assisted Living Administrator License from Texas Health and Human Services. Furthermore, Jet Bartholomew holds an Assisted Living Administrator certification from WHCA (Washington Health Care Association), which was obtained in 2006.
