Brett Cooper is an experienced musician and development associate with a strong background in both performance and music education. Currently serving as the Pianist and Organist at Westminster Presbyterian Church since August 2014, Brett also holds the position of Senior Development Associate and Volunteer Coordinator at Washington Pavilion, a role undertaken since October 2012. Additionally, Brett has experience as the Youth Production Music Director at DAPA Theatre and has worked as an Accompanist for the Singing Boys of Sioux Falls from October 2012 to May 2017. Previous roles include Piano Laboratory Instructor at First Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls and Collaborative Pianist at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Brett holds a Master's degree in Music - Piano Performance from the University of South Dakota, earned between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Business Management from Luther College, completed in 2009.
