Greg Hedderman serves as the Quality and Engineering Manager at Washington Penn since December 2012. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing product launch initiatives, ensuring product quality, and implementing comprehensive process improvements. Key achievements encompass the development of an ERP Pre-Trial Questionnaire and a One-Stop OEE Query Tool to enhance production efficiency and quality assurance processes. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Engineer and Engineer (Rotational Development Engineer), coupled with internships at Emerson and a co-op at Thogus Products Company. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie and completed Dale Carnegie Training.
