Steven Taylor

Steven Taylor possesses extensive experience in product development, particularly in the realm of thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) and specialty polyolefin compounds, amassed over a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Product Development Principal at Washington Penn since 1997, Taylor has provided technical leadership and commercial support to major OEMs and tier companies across various global industries. Prior to this role, Taylor held various technical and operational leadership positions at Washington Penn from 1997 to 2017, focusing on the complete lifecycle management of rigid and reinforced polyolefins. Additionally, Taylor contributed to product and process development of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) materials at Audia Elastomers from May 2017 to December 2020, catering to automotive, consumer, industrial, and appliance markets.
