David Powell

David Powell is an experienced professional in the arts and education sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Choir Curriculum, Artistic and Inspirational Programming at Washington Performing Arts since January 2023. Prior to this role, David was involved in recruitment at the Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth from April 2019 to January 2023 and worked as an Admissions Coordinator at The University of Maryland from September 2008 to January 2023. Additionally, David held the position of Director of Admission at Rider University from November 2016 to April 2019. David is an alumnus of Duke Ellington High School of the Arts and The Ohio State University.
