John Swagerty

John Swagerty is a seasoned professional in mixed-use and multi-family development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Development at Washington Prime Group Inc. since January 2023. With extensive experience at RXR Realty and Acadia Realty Trust, John has been integral in executing all aspects of development processes, project vision creation, and managing financial models for various projects. Their career began at Forest City Ratner Companies, where John held the position of Vice President of Retail Development. John Swagerty holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development with a concentration in Finance from New York University.
