Stephen Hicks

Stephen Hicks is an experienced professional in the hospitality and property management industries, currently serving as the General Manager for Washington Prime Group Inc. at the Keauhou Shopping Center since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hicks managed a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals at Kona Now LLC, achieving significant growth. From April 2019 to February 2022, Hicks was the Executive Director at Regency at Hualalai, overseeing a 123-unit facility focused on the health and well-being of residents.
