Tonia Debeaux

Tonia DeBeaux is a highly experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Broker and REALTOR at eXp Realty since May 2022, while also functioning as an Ordained Minister. With a long-standing affiliation with the National Association of REALTORS® since 2003, Tonia has held various leadership roles including Immediate Past Chair of the Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group and Chair of the Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group. Tonia's contributions extend to Washington Realtors and Thurston County REALTORS Association, where Tonia has served in multiple capacities including Vice Chair of Education and Immediate Past President, respectively. Tonia is also involved with the Women's Council of REALTORS as Government Affairs Director and holds a membership with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Tonia's education includes time at Pensacola Junior College and Washington State University.
