Charles Kaufman

Charles Kaufman is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and application support. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Washington Regional since July 2024, Charles leads a team responsible for comprehensive IT operations across the hospital and associated clinics. Previously, at Gateway First Bank, Charles held the position of Senior Information Technology Manager, and at Arvest Bank, served as both IT Manager and Application Support Analyst 3, managing application support for over 110 communities. Early career highlights include a Senior Solutions Architect role at Walmart, where Charles drove the implementation of Walmart's Customer Centric strategy and led significant technology initiatives, including the integration of a holistic customer implementation. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
