Edward Sullivan

Edward Sullivan serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of Velocity Coaching since December 2016, specializing in executive coaching for startup founders, venture capitalists, and corporate executives. Edward co-authored the Wall Street Journal bestselling book "Leading with Heart" in 2023, published by HarperCollins, and has contributed to various prestigious publications such as Forbes and Harvard Business Review. Additionally, Edward is a keynote speaker at the Washington Speakers Bureau and previously founded LeadWell, a boutique coaching agency, from August 2012 to November 2016. Edward's background also includes experience as a Senior Consultant and Coach at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner from 2005 to 2008, where advisory work was conducted for political candidates in multiple regions. Edward's educational credentials encompass a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, along with coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute and Executive Coach Training from New Ventures West.
