Joe Hirsch

Joe Hirsch serves as the Managing Director at Semaca Partners LLC since June 2016, where focus lies on providing clients with research-based strategies to enhance organizational culture and efficiency. In addition, Joe has been a keynote speaker for the Washington Speakers Bureau since 2017, an author of "The Feedback Fix" published by Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, and a columnist for Inc. Magazine since July 2018. Joe holds an Executive EdD, a Master's degree in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, all earned from Yeshiva University between 2001 and 2019.
