Sara Rao

Sara Rao (Glass) serves as the Manager of Sales Support & Training at Washington Speakers Bureau since February 2010, where responsibilities include hiring, training, and overseeing a team that manages contractual documents for a leading lecture/sales agency. With extensive experience in contract negotiation and client relationship management, Sara previously worked as an Account Executive, securing speaking agreements while collaborating with sales agents. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant at Innovative Artists, where engagement involved reviewing contracts across various media, and internships at Beacon Pictures and Washington Performing Arts. Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Maryland.
