Hope Tinney

Hope Tinney has cultivated extensive experience in communications and writing over several years. Currently serving as Communications Director at the Washington Small Business Development Center (WSBDC) since February 2011, Hope has previously held pivotal roles at Washington State University (WSU), including Senior Writer for WSU Today and Project Manager in Marketing and Creative Services. In these positions, Hope managed various projects and contributed to internal communications, significant publications, and strategic materials. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, along with studies in Political Economy of Education and English literature from prestigious institutions. Additionally, Hope possesses a Teaching Credential in English from Sonoma State University.
