Steve McCaslin

Steve McCaslin is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory, economic development, and business management. Currently serving as a Business Advisor at the Washington Small Business Development Center since December 2024, McCaslin has also taken on the role of Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Oak Harbor, WA, from January 2023 to December 2024, focusing on business retention and recruitment. As President of The Cobalt Group LLC since March 2013, a veteran-owned enterprise, McCaslin provides comprehensive consulting services to foster revenue growth for clients.
