Blair Cossey has a diverse background in finance and operations. Starting in 1987, Blair worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche until 1991. From 1991 to 1994, Blair served as an Audit Senior at Washington Mutual Bank. In 1997, Blair joined Concord Technologies as a Controller and stayed with the company until 2004. Following that, Blair worked as the CFO at Niagara Charge, LLC from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Blair held the position of Director of Finance at The Mountaineers. Blair then became the Director, Global Finance & Operations at the MRC/Merchant Risk Council from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Blair served as the CFO/COO at Chillisoft from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Blair is the Senior Director of Finance at the Washington State Hospital Association, starting in 2019. In this role, Blair provides oversight of all financial operations, policies, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting for the organization and its affiliated organizations.
