Jacqueline Barton True has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Jacqueline has worked at the Washington State Hospital Association since 2013, starting as a Rural Project Manager and eventually rising to the role of Vice President. In their role as Director of Rural Health Programs, they oversaw strategic initiatives and served as a project lead for the Washington Rural Health Access Preservation initiative. At the Culture of Health Leaders program, they served as a Culture of Health Leader, supporting leaders from various sectors to address health inequities and promote a Culture of Health. Prior to that, they worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as a Program Coordinator for the Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund, where they assisted families in accessing medical resources and collaborated with healthcare professionals. Jacqueline also worked at the Office of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick as the Director of Scheduling and Scheduler, where they managed the Governor's schedule and coordinated executive offices for events. Additionally, they have worked on the Deval Patrick Campaign as a Staff to Transition Group on Housing and as a Political Assistant.
