Fenice Taylor

Fenice Taylor serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Washington State Housing Finance Commission since May 2022, following a notable tenure at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority, where Taylor held the position of Director of Bond Finance since January 2019.
