We are a publicly accountable, self-supporting team, dedicated to increasing housing access and affordability and to expanding the availability of quality community services for the people of Washington. Since 1983, the Commission has created and preserved affordable homes for hundreds of thousands of people across the state, while contributing revenue and jobs to the economy.
