Kelly Skahan

Kelly Skahan is a Labor Counsel at Washington State Nurses Association. Prior to this, worked as an Associate Attorney at Lemonidis Consulting and Law Group, Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt, LLP, and BRESKIN, JOHNSON, TOWNSEND, PLLC, where Kelly practiced labor and employment law. During their time at the University of Washington School of Law, Kelly worked as a Hazelton Fellow and conducted research on legal issues regarding pregnant women in medical trials. Additionally, Kelly gained experience in various legal and policy roles, including at the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions and the Washington State Attorney General's Office. Skahan's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law.
