Rachel Wang Martínez, MHA, BSN, RN-BC, has extensive experience in the healthcare field, holding various roles at Neighborcare Health, Washington State Nurses Association, Seattle University, and MEDNAX/Pediatrix. With a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Rachel has served as a Director of Clinical Services, Director of Nursing, Clinical Practice Manager, Clinic Registered Nurse Lead, Adjunct Professor, and Newborn Hearing Screener. Rachel is actively involved in the WSNA Professional Nursing and Health Care Council, addressing issues related to nursing practice and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field.
