Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering with a robust background in project management and facilities development. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Capital Projects at Washington State University Spokane since March 2019, Eric also holds the position of Project Manager Lead. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Senior Engineer at ANDERSON-PERRY & ASSOCIATES, INC. from May 2017 to March 2019, and as a Principal Engineer at Erlandsen & Associates, Inc. from June 2006 to May 2017. Additionally, Eric spent over a decade as a Project Engineer at Hammond Collier Wade & Livingstone. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University between 1989 and 1994.
