Mike is an innovative engineer with a broad base of infrastructure experience ranging from consulting and construction to owner administration. He oversees a team that includes the Development Services, Process Control Engineering, Facility Design & Construction, Pipeline Design, Planning, Regulatory Services, Pipeline Construction, and the Engineering and Environmental Services divisions.
Mike, who earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, is an 11-year employee at WSSC Water. He previously worked in the Regulatory Services Division and the Development Services Division, where he focused on cutting design review cycle times from approximately 12-16 weeks to 10-15 days.
A former Delaware All-Star football player and team captain at Newark High School, Mike was selected for the Jim Williams Award in 1981. He enjoys boating and is the former State Champion Water Skier in jumping, trick, and slalom. Mike also enjoys the beaches, spending time with his large family and watching sports.
