Cristina Pellett CSBA, ICC Fire Inspector I, has extensive experience in the field of commercial property analysis, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Property Analyst at Washington Surveying and Rating Bureau since 2004. In this role, Cristina evaluates commercial buildings through physical inspections to assess conditions impacting fire insurance loss costs and develops various reports, including Commercial Property Reports and sprinkler reports for insurance company underwriters. Prior to this position, Cristina taught mathematics at high schools from 1991 to 2001. Cristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Fluid Mechanics from the University of Bucharest and has completed education at the University of Washington as well as a high school diploma from Saint Sava National College Bucharest.
