Bill Ramey

Bill Ramey began their professional career at Hanna Strader in 2004 as an Associate, where they worked until 2007. Bill then transitioned to Thornton Byron LLP, where they served as an Associate Attorney from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Bill joined Washington Trust Bank as a Trust Officer, eventually becoming Chief Fiduciary Officer in 2022. Throughout their career, Bill has specialized in estate and gift tax law, advising high-net-worth individuals on estate, tax, and financial planning strategies.

Bill Ramey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies from Whitworth University in 1998. Bill then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2003. Bill completed their education with an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2004.
