Jaclyn Nagata

Jaclyn Nagata has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as AVP and Senior Corporate Learning and Development Consultant at Washington Trust Bank since September 2016. With a career spanning from 2003 to June 2016 at Recall, Jaclyn held various roles, including Manager of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included managing skills training, professional development, and HR compliance. Earlier roles at Recall also involved participating in the first corporate-wide learning team and working as a primary skills trainer for the SDS Optimization Team. Jaclyn has pursued higher education at WGU Washington since 2016 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Business Management from Community Colleges of Spokane.
