Constance A. Howes

Constance A. Howes is currently the Director at Washington Trust. Prior to this, they were a trustee at the American Hospital Association from January 2014 to January 2017. Constance also served as the EVP for Women's Health and Women's Health Advisor at Care New England from October 2013 to July 2016. Ms. Howes has also held positions at Washington Trust Bancorp and Governor's Workforce Board RI. Most notably, they were the President and CEO at Women & Infants Hospital from January 2002 to December 2013.

Constance A. Howes has a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kenyon College.
