Michelle Kile

Michelle Kile is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in retail banking operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Retail Banking Officer at The Washington Trust Company, Michelle oversees retail sales and customer service across multiple branches and digital platforms. Previous roles include Vice President of Branch Services at Digital Federal Credit Union, where comprehensive management of branch operations and regional managers was executed, and SVP of Retail Banking at Bank Hometown, where overall retail banking operations were managed across 16 locations. Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership and operational excellence at various institutions, including Webster Bank, Santander Bank, and Bank of America, contributing significantly to sales growth and customer satisfaction. Michelle holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College and has attended UCLA for further education.
