The leadership team at Washington Trust has a long history of experience in the financial industry. Many members have worked their way up through the ranks of various companies, starting as financial analysts and working their way up to senior vice president positions. Other members have experience in sales, marketing, and talent management. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from universities such as Providence College, Northeastern University, and the University of Rhode Island.
