Annie Philipps

Annie Philipps has extensive experience in the field of social work and youth development. As the Director of Partner Services at Wyman Center, Inc. since August 2003, Annie leads the revision of the Teen Outreach Program® curriculum and supervises a team that supports high-quality implementation for 65 partners and 35,000 teens nationally. Additionally, Annie serves as a TOP® Master Trainer and designs custom training for professionals working with adolescents. Concurrently, Annie is an Adjunct Professor and Advisor at Washington University in St. Louis, where responsibilities include academic advising and teaching the Social Work Practice With Youth course. Annie holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University.
