Currently serving as Managing Director and Group Head at BMO Commercial Bank, Carl leads a unit dedicated to providing debt and equity financing for affordable housing and community-centric real estate. Additionally, Carl holds the position of Chair on the Board of Directors for BMO Private Equity (U.S.), Inc. and has played a pivotal role in establishing various community investment initiatives throughout Carl’s career at BMO Harris Bank and BMO Capital Markets. Education credentials include a BA in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Real Estate from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
