Kathleen Hilmer-Kendall

Kathleen Hilmer-Kendall, JD, MBA, currently serves as Program Manager for Clinical Technologies at Washington University in St. Louis since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Director of Business Operations at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from October 2017 to September 2023, overseeing the Critical Care Division's operations, budget, and strategic initiatives. Kathleen also has extensive experience in performance improvement and project management from previous roles at BJC HealthCare and Ingersoll Rand, where skills in Lean Six Sigma and change management were employed. Educational credentials include a JD from The University of Alabama, an MBA from Webster University, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
