Robert Blaine

Robert Blaine has extensive experience in medical public policy, currently serving as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Medical Public Policy at Washington University in St. Louis since 2005. In this role, Robert manages the public policy portfolio for the Washington University School of Medicine, overseeing legislative and regulatory issues that impact the institution's education, research, and patient care missions. Prior to this, Robert held various positions including Senior Director, Director, and Specialist in Medical Public Policy at the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration from 1999 to 2005, and worked as an Executive Policy and Budget Analyst. Robert's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Affairs and Policy Analysis from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Oxbridge Institutions and Policy from William Jewell College.
