Sara Krenski

Sara Krenski, PMP, serves as the Director of Strategic Advancement Initiatives at Washington University in St. Louis, starting in July 2023, and previously held roles including Director of Campaign Initiatives & Engagement at the same institution. With extensive experience in leadership and project management, Sara co-owns Basic Training, Inc., overseeing business operations since September 2005. Prior to that, at Higher Ground Education, Sara successfully directed the opening of over 25 new schools annually using agile methodologies while managing cloud computing systems for data visualization and strategic planning. Other notable positions include Head of School at MAP St. Louis, Director of Marketing & Communications at Pedal the Cause, and Communications & Marketing Director at the Alzheimer's Association St. Louis Chapter, where Sara significantly increased organizational impact and funding. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Journalism from Washington University in St. Louis and has several relevant certifications, including the Project Management Professional certification.
